Old diabetic grandma (a.k.a. Addy) is a minor character/plot device from the 2009 film, Saw VI. She is played by Janelle Hutchison.

- Secretary for William Easton
- Does absolutely nothing wrong, but is put in a Jigsaw trap anyway
- Is situated above the Pit from Mortal Kombat in said trap
- Is spared by William in lieu of her co-worker, Allen
- After William spares her, he leaves her there, and tells her to "find a way out"
- So, Reptile leaps up from the Pit and melts the barbed-wire noose around her neck, freeing her
- Is given fudge rounds by Reptile to nourish her until the authorities can come get her
- Shows up for half a second in Saw 3D in a Jigsaw survivors meeting
