Evil shenanigans have no concrete definition, per se, however they are known for a fact to be the opposite of cheeky shenanigans. Generally, it can be said that evil shenanigans are shenanigans that one could laugh at, but in a guiltful way that leaves the viewer feeling dirty. This comes from the movie Super Troopers.
